Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping. Every order is packed by hand in my studio. Here’s what to expect after you buy.

Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. Any change will be noted at the top of the site. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods and costs
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the method you choose. 

Delivery times shown at checkout are the carrier’s estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. Weather, holidays and carrier volume can cause delays outside my control.

Holiday orders
To receive your order before December 25, please order by December 11. Orders placed after that date will still ship promptly but may arrive after the holidays.

Where I ship
I currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. International shipping may be added in the future.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me right away. I can update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet. I’m not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and reshipping a returned package is at the customer’s cost.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please see my Returns & Refunds policy for how I’ll help, including replacements for items damaged in transit and filing claims with the carrier.

Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email me as soon as possible. I’m happy to make changes or cancel for a full refund before your order ships. Once it’s in transit, I can’t change or cancel it, but returns may be possible under my Returns & Refunds policy.
